A  Warm Writeup for all chai lovers..

''CHAIVINIST'' a noun which is applied for 'A person having aggressive and exaggerated love for chai'..

over a period of time chai has become a 'Emotion' from just being a habit.

'Emotion' as it is companion in all good and bad moments..bringing warmth and satisfaction in good ones and while a 'Feeling bit better' in tricky and bad ones.

'keep calm and love chai', 'Blood group  = TEA POSITIVE' , 'who needs a guy when there's a chai' ,

'chai pe high' are the quotes which every chai lover loves from all his heart and nothing is more crazy and exciting than tagging and sharing the post with another chaivinist..

The love for chai and its necessity changes and subsequently increases with each phase of life.

starting from school days specially during exams a cup of hot chai keeps us awake to balance burden of studies with running time.

As college days approaches we are occupied with assignments, projects and submissions and only thing that keeps motivated is CHAI.

College phase is Golden period of  life.

its the phase of 'Highly Activated but low with pocket money'

and living with 'Sharing is Caring' attitude.. a single vadapav and a cutting chai is shared among all  group members, accompanied with good laugh and creating great memories..

All those 'memories' which gets recollected after few years in a lone period , may be in a huge cabin or in a huge house or in complete different country  in a complete different time zone with tears in eyes and hot cup of chai in hand to cherish the memories..

Chai is not mere beverage for Indians,its a continuous 'chai making process' which goes throughout the day in festive seasons.

May it be a 'kam doodh vali chai' or 'jyada doodh vali chai' or 'pheeki' afterall its a chai..

I remember during our college days we used to wait for our chaivala dada ,controlling ourselves from banging our sleepyheads on table.only a medical student can understand the 'emotion' behind chai in internship days..

A handmade ADRAKVALI CHAI has enormous potential and warmth to transform a 'diehard coffee' lover into 'chai lover'.not only handmade food goes straight through heart many a times its 'Adrakvali chai'.

warmth of relation and handmade chai is subtle and felt through heart..

'A LOT CAN HAPPEN OVER A CHAI' ..blossoming a friendship with every sip of it and into next level were  demanding a  cup of  hot chai and poha during every single meetup.

A casual meetup or a 'chai pe bulaya hai' situation,chai has always taken a centre stage position.

perfect handmade chai is equivalent to "Hey! you are perfect!let's get hitched up!'

From 'National remedy of Headache' to ' chai over guy' & 'Everything is better with some chai in belly'  to one of insane moment I witnessed where chai played outstandingly hilarious role and their it goes...

 During one of internship posting in rural area and during my first few delivery to assist,the patient was in labour but was unable to deliver inspite of all efforts,one of the nurse ordered her relatives to bring some chai and biscuits for the patient..within few sips of chai the patient gave birth to baby..

It was a jaw dropping and kickass moment for me..the mechanism behind this scenario is not found in any of the books and it belongs to experimental remedies..

Since this writeup is a very 'personal perspective' and a collection of memories , I would love to share what's chai for me..

'A morning bliss and a positive drink to kick start a day'..

'A perfect Saviour to clear clutter of thoughts,negativeness present in mind '

'  An elixir of life', a warm memory  of mom's special adrak lemongrass vali chai during cold..

'this can be your last day if you drink this failed attempt of tea making' as said by my sister..

'CHAI IS WARM EMBRACE IN DIFFICULT CONDITIONS'

Afterall....

"When you sit in a cafe with lot of music in background and lot of projects in your head, you are not really drinking your coffee or tea ,you're drinking your worries and projects. you are not real, your coffee is not real either.your coffee can reveal itself to you as a reality when u go back to urself  and produce ur true presence, freeing yourself from past,the future and ur worries. when you are real, the tea also becomes real and the encounter between you and tea is real..this is GENUINE TEA DRINKING"
