MENSTRUAL ISSUES & AYURVEDA , BALANCED DIET , YOGASANA In the last Blog we saw menstrual cycle is of 3 phases and series of events taking place in the body throughout the month. 'VATA', 'PITTA' , 'KAPHA' are the three doshas in the body which are responsible for all body functions according to Ayurveda . Also in each phase of menstrual cycle each dosha is dominant. MENSTRUAL CYCLE  Menstrual cycle is Boon to Females to Detoxify their body in a natural way. Term 'Detoxify ' means the lining or wall of uterus which is called as ' Endometrium ' is shed-off during menses . UTERUS so menstrual bleeding consists of toxins from the body , discharge of uterus and cervical canal and blood. After each menstrual cycle a new layer of endometrium is formed along with it new blood vessels are also formed, muscles of endometrium increase day by day after menses till next period. 'Wear and tear' , ' Reconstruction of body ' takes places after menses in the body. HOW TO INCREASE IMMUNITY IN ALL AGE GROUP CONCEPT OF IMMUNITY- Immunity is the inner strength of the body to fight against any disease. Human beings are born with natural immune system.  now, where this immunity come from? According to Ayurveda, immunity can be called as व्याधी क्षमत्व and is dependant on following criterias- 1. when male sperm and female ovum gets fused that is during fertilization process, good quality of sperm and ovum results into inheritance ( pass on ) of Strong immunity and healthy baby.
