Human being is gifted with 5 sensory organs, which work with coordination for well being of body and each of them is controlled by mind..
During the process of evolution or 'Shrushti utpatti' our sense organs evolved from 'panchamahabhutas' ie. 5 Great elements and maan (mind) is developed and having power to control all the above..
Why Mind is given so much of importance?..
lately we discover that a huge focus has been given over 'mind functioning' .
The answer to it is..
on psychological basis our mind is directly link with our ego n self (अहम्).. and on practical or physiological basis, what we call is ..
our body thinks &work as guided and directed by our mind and in simple term called as 'gut feeling' ..the gut feeling is nothing but logical thinking..
All great books, philosophers and influencers train us and our mind by letting us focus on 'why'...
'why' do we need logical thinking?
rather why do we need 'Thinking'?
Being asked by many people till date who came across.. How is mind related to digestive system or blood circulation ??
The answer to it in very very simple term is..
Very often we forget that our Body is a Single System compacted with numerous events going on at a single time...
A mind not only thinks and makes decisions but is the 'Wheel of body' ..
Damaged or broken and has impact on each single cell of body..
lets take a simple example -
1. If Mind is disturbed then we have loss of appetite.. even yummy food fails to appeal us..
2. High Bloodpressure is noted immediately after hearing something shocking and vice-versa.
3. postive thoughts=positive mind
negative thoughts =negative mind
4. During nervousness feeling of butterflies in stomach and also loss of words and stammering occurs...
5. A week full of junk food intake then imagine the impact on body and also on lazy mind...
6. Any Disease occurs to mind first and then to body and to cure any disease mind must be cured first and body gets healed after it..
Above things proves that Train your mind first by asking 'why' to self and with that body will be trained automatically...
"Humanbody is not as simple as we underestimate it and on samehand it is as simple,we complicate it.."
